Information we collect, and why
We collect the information you provide in enquiries and partnership discussions. This may include contact and professional details. We use it to respond and manage the relevant enquiry. Please provide only the information that is necessary, and anonymise any client examples.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Complaints
If UK data-protection law applies, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
How long we keep it
General enquiries sent through the contact form are kept for up to 365 days, unless we need to keep the correspondence longer to deal with an ongoing matter. Partnership enquiries are kept for up to 365 days, unless there is an active or ongoing commercial relationship. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details.
How and when we erase it
This website keeps its own copy of every form submission for 365 days, whatever the form, and then erases it. The periods described above are how long we keep your information overall, including the copy delivered to our mailbox. The erasure of the website copy runs when the website next receives a form submission, so a record may remain beyond 365 days until that happens. We therefore do not promise erasure on an exact day, and a record we cannot read safely is kept rather than deleted, so that nothing is destroyed by mistake. If you ask us to erase your information, we do it without waiting for any of this. Messages sent through this website are also delivered to hello@greenblossomstandards.com, where they may be received and kept in accordance with our retention policy; erasing the copy held by this website does not remove the copy in that mailbox. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to that address.
